My objection to Google+ is that I don’t want everything I do on the
internet to be all connected so some big brother in the cloud can keep
track of my every move, every like, every dislike, every comment, every
search, every video I watch. If I want to spend my time curating, I’ll do
it on Tumblr. They don’t follow me around all the time invading my privacy
and recording everything in some permanent record. Permanent records are
best left behind in grade school.

But really, the whole idea of everybody in the world spending all their
time curating is ridiculous. How many people does it really take to echo
the top ten stories, videos, and pictures every day? And you’re doing all
that searching for “good stuff” and republishing for the right to send out
    4*140 characters of self-promotion every 8 hours?
