I think with any account, the page should remain there, but with a special
banner of sorts that says the user will never again be able to use this
account. The only exceptions should be a tumblr account, the url should be
kept by a friend, and they choose whether or not to use it, or release it,
or whatever. (Twitter being similar). Should it be someone on Youtube who
makes money, the family should get the money the youtuber continues to make
on views.
