The following are the subject matters of Bhagavat Gita.
Dharma is the first word in the Bhagavad-gita.
Non-violence: In the name of dharma, Arjuna argues for nonviolence by assuming that to attack and kill so many leading men, nearly all of whom are fathers and husbands, will destabilize the important families and communities for which these men are responsible.
Surrender: Despite his previous arguments on the basis of dharma, Arjuna now admits that he is actually “confused in mind about dharma” (dharma-sammudha-cetah).(Bg. 2.7) Arjuna then gives up his arguments and surrenders to Lord Krishna as his spiritual master, and Lord Krishna begins teaching the Bhagavad-gita in earnest.
Eternal soul: From other scriptures one may get the impression that life is meant to practice dharma. But we find in the Bhagavad-gita that dharma itself is meant to assist the real goal of life: understanding the eternal soul and its relationship with the Supreme Soul, Krishna.
Real intelligence: Having explained the soul as distinct from the material body, Lord Krishna now states (Bg 2.39) that what He has just taught Arjuna is “real intelligence or understanding”(buddhi), and that He has taught it “in a philosophical sense” (sankhye).
obedience of law.
Morality: Lord Krishna later declares as much in the fourteenth chapter: “Indeed, I am the foundation ofBrahman[spirit], and of unending immortality, and of everlasting dharma, and of the ultimate happiness.” (Bg. 14.27)
Attachment: Attachment is due to Moha. Attachment is the offspring of the quality of Rajas. Non-attachment is born of Sattva. Attachment is an Asuri-Sampat, demoniacal quality. Non-attachment is a Daivi-Sampat.
Discipline. The Gita, therefore, formulates the theory of the three Margas (paths), viz., the Jnana Marga, the Bhakti Marga and the Karma Marga, to suit to people of all temperaments. According to the teaching of the Gita, there is no conflict among the three. The Gita harmonises wonderfully the philosophy of action, devotion and knowledge. All the three must be harmoniously blended if you wish to attain perfection. You should have the head of Sri Sankara, the heart of Lord Buddha and the hand of Raja Janaka. The three horses of this body-chariot—action, emotion and intellect—should work in perfect harmony. Only then will this body-chariot move smoothly and you can reach the destination safely and quickly. Only then can you rejoice in the Self within. Only then can you sing the song of Soham (I am He). Only then can you be in tune with the Infinite. Only then can you hear the soundless voice of the soul and enjoy the sweet internal music of the Self.
The central teaching of the Gita is the attainment of the final beatitude of life or perfection or Freedom (Moksha) by doing the duties of life or one’s Svadharma. The Lord says to Arjuna: “Therefore without attachment, do thou always perform action which should be done; for by performing action without attachment man reaches the Supreme.”

Aims and intentions?
Throughout his career, Monet was fascinated with the volatile effects of light. With a higher-keyed palette of pure pigment that avoided black even in the deepest shadows, Monet built up his image with color. Each form was conceived as a quick series of deft brush marks, resulting in a sense of his immediate response to the light sparkling in the scene before him. The dazzling result — a painting of sensation rather than a record of narrative description — marked a breakthrough in Monet’s approach.
Techniques and style?:
Visible brush strokes, open composition, emphasis on light in its changing qualities (often accentuating the effects of the passage of time), ordinary subject matter, the inclusion of movement as a crucial element of human perception and experience, and unusual visual angles.

Nah it shouldn’t matter, especially since you’re not doing a business-related subject in VCE. If you’re doing well in your English, science and maths subjects there shouldn’t be a problem and you will stand in good stead for studies in Years 11 and 12. The only issue I could see is if your school takes your grades across all subjects to determine what you can/can’t do but I highly doubt one project will affect your VCE pathway. If 50-60 percent is worst case scenario then there’s nothing to worry about, failing probably wouldn’t have a huge impact as well.
You’re only in Year 10, relax. Nothing you do this year will go towards your ATAR score, it’s Year 12 that really matters.
Subject Matter of Sociology
Sociology is the scientific study of society: its composition, organization, culture, and development. Sociology combines scientific methods with humanistic perspectives and integrates the findings of economics, political science, psychology, and history. The subject matter of sociology is equally diverse, ranging from crime to religion, from the family to the state, from popular culture to traditional culture, and from social stability to revolution. Sociology is a field of study that seeks to analyze and explain important matters that affects our everyday life, our society, and the world in which we live. At a personal level sociology investigates the causes and consequences of such things as romantic love, racial prejudice, gender identity, deviant behaviour, entrepreneurial activity, and religious experience. At a societal level, sociology examines and explains such matters as existence of poverty and wealth, the creation of law, the administration of justice, prejudice and discrimination, business enterprises and entrepreneurship, schools and education, and social movements. At the global level sociology studies such things as population growth and migration, economic development and globalization, war and peace, and policies to support the protection of the environment.
Sociologists stress the importance of systematically gathering and analyzing evidence about social life to enrich our understanding of the social processes that drive society and impact on everyday life. In doing this sociologists use a wide variety of research methods. Sociologists observe the everyday life of social groups, conduct individual interviews, carry out large-scale social surveys, examine historical documents and official records, analyze census data, and conduct small group experiments. Regardless of the methods used, the aim is always to better understand the social forces that affect our lives and society in which we live. One of the most important things that sociology can offer to its students is the ability to grasp clearly a connection between broad social forces and personal experience. This is an extremely important preparation for living effective personal lives in a changing and complex world. It is also equally important for the future development of our society.

Business Models are simulations of actual business functioning.
They act as ideal real life examples, and help participants actively discuss the pros and cons of the situation given.
A business Model gives a Full Account of any particular Business Scenario. Readers of this model/ Participants are then asked to discuss the strengths and weaknessess of it. Put it simply, one has to SWOT analyze the Business Model based on different parameters.
Each participant comes up with his/her own views on the subject. Cumulative views and different view points are then listed and ranked based on their importance and relevance.

Search Engine Optimization
A search engine is a service provided by some company (Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, etc.) which will search through millions of web pages for keywords that a person types into a field. For instance, if I type “Puppy” into a search box on Google’s web site, there are currently 40,800,000 matches available. If the search provider has a good search algorithm in their software, then the most relevant pages should be listed first. In my case, I’m a happy searcher, because after the Google Image samples, the first result listed is the Puppy Linux website, which is the only Puppy I would ever be searching for online. Most search providers keep track of what websites people will actually visit after doing a search. They then use the results to make sure those pages are closer to the top of the list for the next time someone searches for the same keyword(s).
Image search optimization is about using images on your website to draw more “click-throughs” from the search provider, thereby raising your rank in the search list. This, in turn, helps to ensure that you keep getting more visits to your site. A neat article I just found by typing “image search optimization” into Google Search is linked below.
