Google Page Rank

Google Page Rank

People love to use blogs as a way to get their message out to the world, but that doesn’t mean they don’t make mistakes along the way. The best way to avoid these mistakes is to learn about them, and this article was written to educate you on a few of the most common. Continue reading to learn what not to do on your blog.

Banner Ads

Ignoring your blog even for a day can lead your readers not to come back. Unless you update your site every weekday, people won’t bother returning daily as they will think that nothing will have changed. Whatever you do, at least post once per day with something people will consider worthy of reading. Even if you take one day per week to come up with five posts and then post them automatically each day, at least something new will be up. The same goes for your social media accounts – be sure something is posted to them daily to keep your name in the minds of your followers.

BloggeBloggingr

Ignoring search engine optimization is another sure way to let your blog languish in obscurity. While these techniques should be used from day one, you can always begin implementing them today on your site. Research the methods in use today so that your site is compliant with Google’s current algorithms. Don’t dip into black hat SEO or else you could find your site blacklisted, meaning it won’t show up on Google at all. Instead, focus on white hat techniques like choosing key phrases and putting them into headers and titles. Also, including lots of unique, interesting content will boost your Google page rank, so focus on that.

Business Purposes

Making your site too fancy can really put off some readers. For example, if your site uses a technology they don’t have installed, such as Java or Flash, they may not see it correctly. If your navigation isn’t based on text, those with simple browsers may not even be able to get around. If your site is simple but elegant, making navigation simple, you’ll find more people are happy to use it and will return time and time again. Keep it simple; smarty is a good motto to keep in mind.

Golden Opportunity

You must add links to your content which allows your reader to share what you have posted through social media. If not, you are missing out on a great opportunity to get back links, great for your page rank, and spread the word about your site. When a link is shared, all of the followers of that social media account see it, and that can drum up new readers who will also share your content, and this goes on and on as your numbers grow.

Google

With all of this knowledge behind you, you’re ready to go forward and make your blog the best it can be. Take your time to consider each mistake so that you never make them yourself. The harder you work to perfect your blog, the larger your readership will become.

How To Deal Profitability With Search Engine Optimization Prices? Hello,

SEO prices can be costly, especially for small-medium sized businesses, simply due to the fact that it requires a lot of time and skill to effectively perform. If you are looking for a low-cost alternative, and wouldn’t mind putting in some time yourself to do the SEO, I would recommend a tool called LotusJump. I’ve been using them for the past couple of months and it’s really quite simple and affordable to do. I even found a promo page so sign up under so I’m quite happy with that I’ve been getting. Good luck to you!

How Do I Optimize A Blog For A Search Engine? I’m a graphic and web designer, so I do understand a little bit about search engine optimization, but I’ve just never gotten it to work very well for me. I would like to start a blog, and I’d like it to be search able to the public – would it be better to make my own website, or to use something like blogger? How would I optimize it?

    Thanks!

But for getting good Page Rank in 3 months you need to make website eye-catchy, informative and easy to operate. SEO:
when maintining the good ranking of your site in google it is very important to Backlink to your site, open a facebook account, twitter, plurk, brightkite, tumblr, comment on forums with your link, and a keyword phrase, write blogs and link to your site with keyword phrases and ping them to sites like zimbio, add your busienss with your link to sites like yelp, mixx, smallbusinessbrief.com, etc, also submit reviews of your site to places like stumbleupon, fastfude.org, hollrr.com sphinn.com all those places that rank on google.

when google looks on the internet and sees that your page is being advertised in important pages, that actually rank on google, google thinks your site its important so it gives it a better ranking

      i hope that helped.

What Is The Difference Between Search Engine Optimization And Pay Per Click Search Engine Marketing?

    View Comment
    1. Reply

      Search Engine Optimization:
Is when the search engine looks through the websites that have more traffic related to the word/s that you entered. So selects first the ones that people go to the most… google works like that. for example if you search book in google the website on top would be facebook, because more people go to it when looking for a phrase with the word book.( this is totally free, websites don’t have to pay to be on top)

      Pay per click:
is when a website pays a search engine for every click they get on their link, this way the search engine puts their website on top of the search list since it is more likely the person will click on it. Google also is an example of this, for example search “lawyer in miami” the first links will be lawyers who pay google for every click they get, so google puts them on top as they are more likely to get clicked there. ( but also google not only puts them there for their money but for the quality of their website too. that is what the rating is for)

      hope this helps you.

What Is SEO (search Engine Optimization)?

    View Comment
    1. Reply

Search Engine Optimization is basically a process of improving the visibility of a website or a web page in search engines via the “organic” or “algorithmic” search results. The higher a website ranks in the results of a search, the greater the possibility that the site will be visited by a user.

It’s rationally interesting to know that there are 917,846,342 different websites that are related to the search query, but really, if website doesn’t appear in the first 10 pages, it’s invisible to the world. To remove this satire SEO is used so that the website can appear on the page rank number 1 or close to number 1 in results retrieved for a specific search or searches.

Different Between White Hat And Black Hat Seo? Can anyone tell me difference between white hat and bacl hat SEO techniques?

    View Comment
    1. Reply

White hat SEO is basically making your site as detailed, informative, interesting, and entertaining to your visitors as possible so they will want to share your site with other people and naturally give you links. For example, if you have a blog about industrial music, you’d work hard to write reviews of new releases and get good interviews with industrial bands and musicians. This would give your site value which would inherently get it good attention.

Other white hat techniques include asking for links from related webmasters (so if you have this industrial music blog, talk to other industrial music bloggers and see if they’ll post about your site on their blog), actively participating in related communities and message boards online, and making sure that your site is easy to navigate and read.

Another white hat technique is buying ad space. It isn’t spam and you’re paying for your ad to be on someone else’s site, so it is usually an ethical and accepted practice unless you start making popup ads, invisible ads, and other odd things that are meant to deceive and inconvenience the site’s visitor.

There are a lot of black hat techniques, none of which I’d recommend. They include (but certainly aren’t limited to) the following:

Spamming: Just putting links to your site out there as much as possible by whatever means necessary. Some site owners will hire people to do this for them. This can happen through blog comments where a spammer posts a useless or unrelated comment on your site, but tries to include a link back to their page. They can e-mail people with links to the page they want you to visit. They can register on message boards, put links in their signatures, and create fake threads to get their links noticed by search engines.

Article Submission: This is when you write content and include a link to your website, then submit that article to several (often bogus) sites that will post your content as their own. Your link will be detected by search engines so you might get backlinks that way, though they won’t be high quality. And with Google’s new Panda algorithm, article submission is basically obsolete because Google now penalizes duplicate content pretty heavily.

Article Spinning: This is the same as article submission, only instead of submitting the same article, you rewrite and reword it enough (or have software that will rewrite it enough) for you so that it doesn’t trigger any duplicate content detection algorithms.

Competitor Slander: Some people have been bold enough to make fake pages with negative comments about their competitors and their services, then get links to that page with phrases like “[Competitor’s Name] scam” or “[Competitor’s Name] fraud”. If this tactic is successful, when someone starts typing the competitor’s name into Google, Google may suggest the term with “scam” or “fraud”, making the people who search think that they might not be trustworthy. However, this could end in a huge lawsuit because it is slander and the company being targeted would likely find out soon enough and trace it back to the black hat SEO.

Basically, black hat tactics are meant to deceive people and search engines for quick personal gain while white hat tactics take time to establish, but are often worth it more in the long run because you’ll have regular visitors and more natural, organic links to your pages.

This is just a basic list, but I hope it helps!

What Is Search Engine Optimization? I am new in web developement. Can any one tell me what is search engine optimization?

Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of improving the volume and quality of traffic to a web site from search engines via “natural” (“organic” or “algorithmic”) search results for targeted keywords. Usually, the earlier a site is presented in the search results or the higher it “ranks”, the more searchers will visit that site. SEO can also target different kinds of search, including image search, local search, and industry-specific vertical search engines.

As a marketing strategy for increasing a site’s relevance, SEO considers how search algorithms work and what people search for. SEO efforts may involve a site’s coding, presentation, and structure, as well as fixing problems that could prevent search engine indexing programs from fully spidering a site. Other, more noticeable efforts may include adding unique content to a site, ensuring that content is easily indexed by search engine robots, and making the site more appealing to users. Another class of techniques, known as black hat SEO or spamdexing, use methods such as link farms and keyword stuffing that tend to harm search engine user experience. Search engines look for sites that employ these techniques and may remove them from their indices.

The initialism “SEO” can also refer to “search engine optimizers”, terms adopted by an industry of consultants who carry out optimization projects on behalf of clients, and by employees who perform SEO services in-house. Search engine optimizers may offer SEO as a stand-alone service or as a part of a broader marketing campaign. Because effective SEO may require changes to the HTML source code of a site, SEO tactics may be incorporated into web site development and design. The term “search engine friendly” may be used to describe web site designs, menus, content management systems, URLs, and shopping carts that are easy to optimize.

How Can I Update My Google Page Ranking ?

    View Comment
    1. Reply

“We all know what is. We all want to rank higher. Higher rankings mean a lot of things to a lot of people. To web masters it means achievement. They have accomplished a move in the right direction. A high page rank to a website owner is money in the bank. It is also an impressive accomplishment. To other website owners your page rank may be a source of envy.

To Google your page rank means quality, importance and relevancy. It lets Google know you are a viable resource and a valuable asset. Google takes your Page Rank and combines it with their text-matching techniques. This, combined with a page’s content and the content of the pages linking to it, determines if your site is a good match. So, a higher Page Rank will certainly help you on Google.

As for surfers. Most of them could care less about your Page Rank. In fact, many of them don’t even know what it is. However, those that do use it in a different way. Some use it as a way to unofficially gauge your credibility.

Ok, I am sure you’ve been wondering when I was going to tell you about how to achieve a ranking like I did. I went from a 0 Page Rank to a 5. Now, mind you, I did not purchase any links from high ranking sites, or any sites for that matter. I did not launch a link exchange program. I did exchange links with about five directories related to my site’s topic, but that was it. Actually, 97% of my links are all one-way links (links pointing to my site).

So, how did I do it? Any ideas? If you know SEO you may already know the answer.”

    What Is Black Hat SEO?

      Hi

Black Hat search engine optimization is customarily defined as techniques that are used to get higher search rankings in an unethical manner. These black hat SEO techniques usually include one or more of the following characteristics:

      – breaks search engine rules and regulations
      – creates a poor user experience directly because of the black hat SEO techniques utilized on the Web site
      – unethically presents content in a different visual or non-visual way to search engine spiders and search engine users.

Let me explain you in one example :-

According to google rules, a content cannot be invisible to Visitors and Visible to the Google.

For example, i have a website with black skin, and i have 2 paras of things written in black font, so that means that as it has black font and has black background, people won’t be able to see it but Google will be able to crawl it.

So that thing is considered as Black Hate
